1965-69 Mustang - Ford Style Tilt Floor Shift

Retrofit Series -  ididit designed this retrofit column for all the Ford Fans out there! This Ford Style Mustang column features all Ford wiring and a Ford top shaft. We offer two types of columns for your specific year. Our standard column will bolt right to your stock box (when using an ididit installation kit). Our rack version is made 1" shorter in order to lessen the angle of the U-joint when bolted into your rack & pinion system. To install, simply remove your old column, saving your original under dash mount and floor mount The 1965-67 column has a collapsible inner shaft, while the 1968 and 1969 columns are fully collapsible. 1967-69 columns come complete with 4-way flashers. Add your stock Mustang wheel and the gripping surface will be in the same location as the original. Dimmer/wiper and cruise control options can NOT be added to the Ford Style column due to the manufacturers design of the Ford Style wiring harness.

Please Note: When installing your OEM steering wheel to your ididit Ford Style Retrofit Column, the OEM wheel must be for the same year application as the column. Use of a different year WILL result in damage to the turn signal switch.

1965-67 columns have a collapsible inner shaft 1968-69 columns are fully collapsible Bolt your original Mustang wheel directly to the column, no adpator required. (must be for the same year application as the column)
